Relax and revitalize your body, mind and spirit with the perfect combination of Yoga and Surf. Yoga is the perfect way to stretch and de-stress your body before or after a long day of surfing.
If you are beginner or intermediate yogi, no worries the classes are preprared for you individual and we know exactly how it is sometimes to get on your mat after a day of surf.
So just lean yourself backward and enjoy the yoga with an amazing view over the ocean and let you guide yourself through your practice.
Typical Day
From 8 am breakfast on the terrace with stunning sea view9 am meetingpoint at the villa to discuss waves and conditions to plan your perfect day. Then the surfing equipment will be made to head up together to the beach.
9:30 am Let’s discover the Moroccan coast and to find the perfect wave for your surfing level. Depending on the surfing conditions it may happen we leave earlier or later for the surf, then we start together with a dynamic yoga session into the day.
12:30 pm Freshly prepared by us picnic on the beach to recharge your batteries
13:30 to 16:30 pm Guided Freesurf session to have fun in the waves again. These moments are also recorded on camera.
17:30 to 18:45 pm Yoga session for stretching and relax after a long day at the beach on our terrace with sea view, while the stunning sunsets in Morocco.
19:00 pm Dinner with Moroccan specialties on our terrace.
For our vegetarians, we have an extra menu. If you have no power at lunch time skip a surf session and discover the area with one of our day trips or just relax under the Moroccan sun on the beach or our great Berber tent on the Topterrace.
